We are sisters, who love yoga because it strengthens you inside and out. We both previously worked in stressful corporate environments and yoga was an outlet to feel balanced, healthy and strong, not only physically but mentally too!
We created Yoga Strong 21 Day Movement & Mindset Challenge to support and create heathy habits and routines of mindfulness and strength in a way that is accessible.
